Bro, I think he refering to new citizen. They are given pink IC if got master/PhD degree. Then slowly, the whole family become sg citizen too.. and then you see their family members start applying too. Hahaha

Around 1 month to clear g50 before offering you? So is the offer only subjected to the g50 clearance?

The hr lady said im shortlisted after my interview and shortlisted means i will be considered further. My friend who went for interview on the same day got an offer alr. Does this mean im rejected?

G50 doesn't mean anything. If you have problems with G50, you will not be considered at all. This is more of a requirement than an indication of your acceptance.
