I'm also pending for HDB to reply as the hiring manager said they will reply in 2-3 weeks. Went for Zoom interview last week.

Which position did you apply for? I applied for business analyst role.

Estate Manager is the position that they are offering. It is like the INSP for police or LTA for army. In there you could be deploy to different deployment like Sales, operation and etc. Just like you sign on Police then you kena posted to be OC or SIO like that.

If you are self driven, i think you go outside better unless you first class honours

For those in contract, usually how long they will discuss about the contract renewal for the 1st year.

For contract salary increment, do we get it after our renewal or there is a specific month for it.

9 mths into your work they will ask u to sign contract for full time if you don’t have issue.

Usually u get ur increment in Apr regardless contract or full time. If u join less than a year then ur increment will be pro rated rate
