Yes, they are still hiring. Around 1 month after closing date.

I am not sure what qualifications are they exactly looking for. However, if you did not get shortlisted in the previous rounds, it is likely that you will not get shortlisted this round as the hiring manager who review the resumes is the same person.

Thanks man. Maybe I lack audit experience, I come from commercial side. I met all the requirements. I have acca certification and also a ca from ISCA.
