Why the market specialist role salary range put out by meta not consistent one lol. Some postings put 3.2-7.2k and another one out 4.9-9.2k but her role and jd all the same

Maybe they realised that degree holders salary anything below 4-4.5k is not competitive enough to attract applicants bah somemore a FAANG also stingy with pay, so maybe that’s why they increased the salary range for the openings thereafter

What are the perks of meta ah? If consider they really offer fresh grad entry pay 3.5k-4k. Must be able to balance out if not how to attract ppl to join sia

Non tech roles are paid that Low just have a look at the market specialist role they put out that hires both Bach and masters. The salary stated is 3.2-7.2k and do you think they will offer fresh grad 5k and above? Confirm the lower spectrum one.
