Everyone wants equal pay, or rather, wants the pay of the highest person at the same level. But fact is, not everyone in the same role gives the same value to the company.

Rather than harping on how unfair things are and blaming external circumstances for your plight, why not do something about it? Find ways to make yourself more valuable, take up courses / certs that are recognised in the industry that will improve your value.

By then, if the company still doesn't recognise your worth, it will be easier for you to negotiate for higher pay when find one that does.

My head blocked me from taking courses. I am paying for Coursera courses out of my own pocket.

How to talk? Submit anonymously they will ask can identify yourself and talk to your director? Then if you voice out loud in expresso, will put the director directly on fire

The moderators end up never post my questions. Quite sian the moderators themselves are the associated enjoying high pay, do high visibility saikang. Meanwhile we already in our 30s just got 1 promote but still need to help them do cow do horse.

My DD blocked from me courses also. But let the newer associates take so many courses costing over 10k, including overseas courses. Yet Im not supposed to spend money because I'm wasting money and boss above is afraid I will leave.

I kena arrow purchasing officer role. My COE got like 10+ PO officer but why do all of them come to me? Can i say i pretty much double hat role at this point as procurement liao? Can double my pay also or not?
