HTX (Home Team Science and Technology Agency)

Going to apply for one of the technical roles in HTX, have the relevant work experience(8+ years) and good credentials but no degree. will they take that it account for my initial grade?

That is indeed how htx works. Old hire pay are depressed very low.
They will just see that your previous pay is low, and then lowball you

All stat boards work the same way. Negotiation is never in the books unless senior management wants to head hunt you over badly.

Senior management has already said they are threatened by ministry PS that if they allow negotiation with ppl who want to leave, they senior management will kena screw.

Interested to know also..there is internal recommendation from friend for me to apply. But current salary is 10k whether role head is able to pay higher.
