nothing to do with the job scope, adrian ong has an inflated ego and disregards the feelings of others

shitloads of staff have left him as he has too much toxicity

HR simply close 2 eyes...it's like the police allowing a serial offender to remain in society

As toxic and horrible she was in her leadership, she managed to get herself hired at another company through her competencies.

Another worth mentioning is the marketing and comms division. The current batch of D & DDs are quite recent, only come onboard imda during LCH's reign (read: majority of their predecessors most likely left because they ain't fans of LCH's mediocre leadership). It doesn't make sense for the previous batch of D & DDs to resign if they haven't secured a job first. It's probably easier for them to get hired at another place as marketing and comms ain't subjected to the ill effects of incompetent senior leadership that threaten their own professional competence.
correction: ALL of their predecessors DEFINITELY left because they ain't fans of LCH's mediocre leadership

This shows the incompetency of the HR director

HAHAHA. Of course I can throw out other names, but for the sake of privacy for the high ranking defectors who left, I choose June Koh as a notorious example cos everybody in this thread knows her. Whether she got her current job via connections or 'competence', the crux is, she managed to secure a new job.

There are also cases of "forcing" competent staff to early retirement. They ask a staff to take what Psychometric Test, and then told her/him that the scores is to requirement. I hope Karma will strike that HR/TC team one day, really damn evil.
who is DG?

That’s too bad, because the current roster of D/DDs doesn’t make the cut. It’s always a high turnover for them.

Such high confidence. Are you yourself a high ranking defector from marketing & Comms previously?
