No, more of, they rather get their own people so easier to manage. Pte sector sure will have people want to head the agency, the pay is pretty well ok with undisclosed bonuses. But then, those saf generals cannot go pte sector, so we need to slot them in.

Means that the work is nothing niche and anyone with some "general management" knowledge also can do. Sounds like the work is more administrative and bureaucratic than media/telco related.
