Am not the person you were posing the question to, but the 120+ pages of posts would help you understand why. It's less relevant whether the person is still around and why, since there are many reasons why a person would stay on even if unhappy.

The media side still ok, not super impressive but pass.
The tech side CMI, pretend to know about cybersecurity but when asked about crest certification, they gave a blank look.
