Still waiting after giving consent for background check on Oct 13th.
Don’t think I’ll email HR.

I emailed them and they said they are still a few months away from extending an offer since they are still in the midst of opening the new store. However I am a preferred candidate for my position. I assumed I have passed my bg check then and just waiting for an offer.

Many thanks for the good info. I guess I'm also in the same situation like you, send my info for background check on the 3rd week of Sep and still waiting for an offer.

Well, I think no news may be good news. So, no choice, just gonna wait patiently for the offer then.

Can i check if you all apply for technical specialist or retail specialist? For me the process was quick. I interviewed on
7th oct -1st round
10oct- 2nd round
13 oct- told me they needed seasonal contract staff for few months
16oct- b/g check
18oct- 3rd round
21oct- told.me.i got in
22 oct-verbal offer + contract coming
23 oct- sign contract
Starting in nov.
My position is retail specialist.

I think the bulk of us applied in the first half of the year and are in the process of getting a full time position at the new store. They didn’t offer me a seasonal position.

But the position applied is retail or technical? I think they need more retail staffs for the coming holiday season

I applied for the genius position.
