Not everyone intends to leave after 15 months, some wish to stay in CSA after the CSDP.

Didn’t know all CSDP can stay after they complete the 15 months

Usually ppl don't like to post out since once you're posted outside CSA, it's basically "out of sight, out of mind". There's also a bad rep associated with being posted out, as divisions will usually try their hardest to retain their best employees within the division. Those posted out are seen as "not the best".

Why would CSA send out people who will screw things up and tarnish CSA’s reputation?
Like don’t make sense leh. Which agency will purposely sabo itself?

Exactly. I don't mind posted out to get different experience.
There are people posted out as Snr Dir, Director, Deputy Dir etc.
You mean they are not the best people? Come on..

Best to check with the existing CSDP folks to find out whats going on...

Not as jialat as the flawed logic of sending ‘not so good’ people to other agencies 😆
If those CSA officers posted out are ‘not so good’ then the agencies won’t accept anymore CSA officers what, why would they risk their own KPI?

Then if all CSDP are posted out means got demand for these officers cos they pass the agencies requirements.
