TMW Maxwell
TMW Maxwell is a brand new condominium launch situated on the former Maxwell House. Maxwell House is going to be demolished and a new tower will be built in replacement. A tower of 20 storeys high and with commercial shops on the lower levels.
The developer for this project are joint ventures by Singhaiyi, CEL development and Chuan Investments. They acquired this plot of land via collective sales and have had permission for change of use from the current status of commercial land into a mixed development.
