Tembusu Grand by MCL Land & CDL
The year 2023 will see a few new condominium in District 15. One of it will be Tembusu Grand by 2 prominent developers, MCL Land and CDL. Both of them are not new in the real estate scene. When both of them combine, only great things can happen. Good layouts and excellent fittings are to be expected in all the units including the exterior facade.
The condominium is in between 2 mrt stations. 1 of which is an upcoming Thomson East Coast Line which is the Katong MRT station. Dakota mrt is an existing train which is just 5 stops to Promenade which Marina Bay Financial Centre is located.
