Postgraduate Diploma/Professional Certificates/Masters
Hi All,
Would like to seek the opinions of seniors who have braved the battlefront of workplace. I think I am reaching the wall in my career development, whereby I am thinking of getting some qualifications to open new doors (either internally within org or externally in the industry).
I am in the field of Org Development with over 5 years experience. I also have some experience in corporate/strategy planning. So was wondering if there is any use in getting a postgrad diploma in HR and Org Psy? Or would a professional certificate be more useful?
Would also like to seek the view of seniors who can suggest useful courses/certificates should I wish to hone my skills in area of strategy as well. Or would doing other stuff beyond qualifications be more practical and useful.
