shouldnt all singaporean guys complete NS? if not, he wouldnt be able to get into tgp anyway

I intern at htx previously and managed to join dsta. So glad I'm drawing much more pay compared to my friends who went back there. Even better as a tgp

Nope, most complete NS and some are exempted.
