Latest Update on this development: The Clement Canopy is targeting to launch the showflat for viewing from 11 February 2017. Booking and sales are likely to start on 25 February.

UOL has released a number of pictures showing this project, and it's looking good. The site is not within reasonable walking distance to Clementi MRT station, but otherwise the Clement Canopy is a really nice looking project. This developer is well-known for putting a lot of emphasis in their projects' landscaping, and this one has some lovely touches, especially the clubhouse in the forest theme - a lot of greenery.



Another disadvantage of the site is that it is next to the AYE, but UOL has done what they can to minimise the noise, like setting the blocks far back from the expressway. They have said they will provide acoustic treatment to the units facing the AYE too. If so, these could be the best units, as they will be relatively unblocked. Especially the units from the 25th floor to the top, as these could possibly get sea views.
