Talking Corporate Fitness Training Program

Hey there,

My name is Mus, and I'm with Prime Fight Promotions(PFP), a muay thai fitness training company, which provide sessions for individuals and groups.

We do what we love, we do what we are best at!

PFP believes that apart from staying healthy and keeping fit, one also needs to learn martial art such as muay thai, not only for self defence, but also to develop and strengthen a strong mind and heart to battle with live has got for us.

I would like to propose my muay thai group session to be included in your fitness group program to cater to your members. My muay thai training is suitable for beginners with no experience of muay thai, and also intermediate. This one hour training compromises shadowboxing, pad work, and body conditioning workout.

These are some of the benefits of muay thai training:
An improved body
Enhance flexibility
Enhance strength, endurance and agilty
Enhance mind and body coordination
Increaced mental alertness
Self discipline
Stress relief
Make new friends
Teamwork, supporting and encouraging one another

If these align with your company’s interests, or if anything of the above resonates with you, do reach out to me at [email protected]! Or if you could direct me to the right person, I’d most certainly appreciate it.

I don't think session groups are the best idea in this pandemic period. Regardless of the social distance you could guarantee, the chances of infection are very high. Personally I prefer to avoid any physical contact with people and my husband encouraged me to try the Lockdown workout challenge and to my amazement it really got into a benefic habit for me, however a little movement never hurts.Weight Management, muscle growth and stress relief after workout and I think is the most pleasant feeling ever.

Could you tell me some more information about it? Let’s talk in PM
