New Potong Pasir Launch
Channel News Asia reported MCC Land Potong Pasir New Launch Condo name as The Andrew Residences was rejected by the authority. Now the new development name changed to The Poiz Residences condo. Reason for the name changed was due to feedback from St Andrew school alumni. This new launch is which is beside Potong Pasir MRT will be launching in November.

MCC Land reduced the launch price last minute to entice more buyers to buy during The Poiz Residences preview. Preview sold more then 300 units.
