Mainly depending on the stock market to add up to your net worth is not always recommended. Trading is always good as a side hustle or you need to have a side hustle apart from trading that's when the networth can be consistently maintained.

Couple both age 50
2 teenager kids

Stocks $1.3 mil
Cash & bonds $0.7 mil
Paid up Pty $1.3 mil
2nd Pty BUC $2.3 mil (o/s loan $1.1 mil)
CPF $1.2 mil in all accts
Insurance whole life & medical coverage
Paid up car (5 year old)

Hope to retire comfortably in 5 years time

Statistically this forum is only commented by the same few handful of people...
They just type alot of troll post to fake and skew the perception that certain job is high paid and certain job is low paid.

Most likely is anti government supporter..
