do I have enough
Age 46
Married with one 4 year old daughter.
One property in China - S$1.5m - fully paid
One property in Singapore - S$1.3m (loan of 700k S$)
One HDB flat - S$300,000 (fully paid up)
CPF - 140k S$
Cash - 1.5 m S$
no car
Still working - annual income - about 200k S$
wife also working - 70k S$ (part time)
intend to work long enough to pay off loan so as not to touch savings.
does it make sense to retire at 50 or keep going as long as I can?

You retire now. Sell away all your properties and use the money to retire in a remote village where cost of living is a fraction of cost of living in big cities.

How many more years for you to graduate? Are you male or female?
I had graduated when I was 24 and I am male.
Or are you planning to extend your stay in the university?

I'm 53, net worth $1.5m. Spouse, 48, net worth $0.6m. Thinking of retiring soon since we are quite wealthy. We can simply sell our property and move to a hdb flat. We can then use the cash for our retirement.
