From local uni here. I don't think MAS discriminates on class of honours or local/private uni.
Basically, our base in first year is lower, but gross is ~4.5-4.6k. Once you reach year 2 your base will bump up significantly due to the new bonus structure. HR should have explained this, you can ask them to clarify.

Hi all, I received an invitation for an online interview but I have not taken any psychometric tests or any prior rounds. Anyone knows if the interview is a panel interview or a group discussion/case challenge? TIA
