Hope someome from the program can reply directly, but otherwise standard 3.5k/month if I am not wrong (gleaned from friend who is in the program but paiseh to ask exactly how much).

Yes she was a second upper, not sure if got difference for different class of honours but most likely is FCH gets maybe $100/$200 more max per month. Unlikely to be more than that, quite the regular gov market rate.
