Depends, most market exec jobs are 3.2k - 4k.

1st job-1year (Retail industry)
2nd job-3 years (F&B)
Total 4 years of exp drawing measly 2.7k. Next jump for senior exec role asking for 3.4k is it feasible? Recruiters been telling me companies always look at last drawn even though they may have budget for the position.Through my career history to date, i have shown not to be a job hopper and one who is willing to learn and stay , given the right exposure, that explains my low remuneration. Feeling demoralised...

Usually unless they really like you a lot, most of the time each jump is 15-20%. 3.2k is probably what they will offer.

I know usually companies will try to undercut , that's why i put a higher figure ,anticipating that it will be negotiated down. My first job, i had no experience, so i was looking just for a step in the foot into the field. 2nd job had a 10% increment..well.
