Being an MP is a part time job. They are paid $15k allowance. Its not a salary hence they can hold other jobs.

However some MPs work full time e.g Baey for Tamp GRC

are there the normal civil service benefits for contract staff at stat boards? like mid year and year end bonus, PB, 13 mth, appraisal etc? TIA
