All this while, the property agents and car salesmen are raking in HUGE money, and workers in certain industries which benefited from COVID-19 are getting huge bonuses and increments...so why must the civil service only compare itself only to the badly affected industries? Hi, got an offer under MOF. MX12 3.9k. got 1 year plus exp with big 4. NS, 2nd upper, local uni. is it reasonable?

i feel like it's a little lowballing. heard that those under MA prog, gets 4.2k for fresh grads.

They count the NS for guys as 2 yrs exp. So you have a 1yr exp advantage over a guy who did NS.

Heard a girl in SB got 3.3k for local fresh grad MX scheme. So yours sounds not great but still comparatively fair.

Btw I ownself started 3.7k after 2 yrs exp + 2 yrs NS. You better than me liao lor.
