There are 10 public holidays this year:
Ministry of Manpower | 2010 Public Holidays

In addition to that, employees are typically given 20-30 annual leave days depending on seniority. I heard in SMEs, you get much less. I've never worked in one, so I do not know for sure.

I don't think im underpaid, but i dont think im making a lot either. Enough to enjoy life - I think i'm at a point in my life where I'll see if I can get a better paying job but I'm not gonna stress out that someone else is driving a Ferrari and I'm not

Hi, mind if you share your work experience and type of company worked?
i've done a rough calculation 154k/yr.. if lets say is a 15mth package.. 1 month is 10k+ which is quite good for IT network

(unless ur 154k is BASE

)

wow i am glad i stumbled onto this website ... pay in singapore is tremendous when compared to most other countries ... even the middle east doesn't pay that well ... can anyone advise what is the pay for regional roles in finance?

the amounts quoted here are in singapore dollar. 1 SGD = 0.7 USD.
1 USD = 1.4 SGD

still "tremendous" ?
