Seeing people here, i very jelly.
I am 30 years old, NTU grad with first class, working in civil service.
Per annum barely 100 K (including bonuses) now lol.
Work for 4 years already. Salary started at 4K and then now drawing 5.2K
Past PB was C, B, B, A.
PB for 2021 likely to be C lol.

Dont be jelly bro. I doubt some of their numbers. PE firms pay a lot but they only hire 1 or 2 MBAs annually. Chances of getting the role is slim. If you are not from ivy leagues/oxbridge, i dont even think they will consider your resume even with perfect GPA.

You don't need an MBA nor fancy education to enter PE. Just do the time at IB then hop over.
Fresh grads no chance la.

Average salary in singapore is 4k per month. So 6 years can get 4 x 12 x 6 = 268k.

I am 50 years old and plans to retire next year. I have worked so hard all my life from primary school until now as a corporate high flyer. I am so tired after working so hard for 44 years. It is time I retire to enjoy the fruits of my labour since young. I plan to spend my retirement to do things I always wanted to do but had no time for. My savings, investments and CPF will ensure I can enough for my retirement.
