Well, they can do the job can't they? We should also import cheaper CEOs for our banks, GLCs and investment firms ( GIC and Temasek), and maybe even replace our overpaid ministers. Bet the indian ministers also know how to say "cheaper, better, faster" and rehash higher productivity strategies.

What 8K consists?
Hi Guys
Thanks to all who replied to this discussion.
When you say 8K ... does it contain other benefits also?
Like ...
1. Medical Insurance (Both GP & Hospitalization)
2. Pension Scheme
3. CPF Contribution of the Employee
4. Yearly Bonus
Or 8K is other than all those mentioned above?

Some people prefer to stay in the technical side. I do know analysts who earn more than that and some much less. Besides managers dont meant anything in Singapore, and there arent many directors position around.

You are not from Singapore are you? For someone who work in the industry for 10 years and you have no idea what your worth? Well, then I guess you deserve the pay that you are getting now.
