U can make about 200k in revenue a year la.
Maybe push to 230k if u work all 5 days and extended some hours
After tax left maybe 150k.
Polyclinic Gdfm pay in sg lei.
Private gig mayb some evening work but pay even higher

Workload lower
But isn't that same in all speciality in auzzie.
Sg gen med see till blood boil and steam.
11am still rounding.
Geri worse, continue to round after lunch.
Auzzie gen med department consultant feel stress and rotate the 7th patient out to subspec liao
Over there pple complain about mental health and long hours.
They work 76 hours every 2 weeks no bullying cos 360 feedback
In sg I work 80 hours a week and no ot pay.
Kenna pimp till sian when call reg for blue letter

Think any auzzie come sg work 1 week later commit suicide liao.

Why make life so difficult for yourself

If got money best is to study Med in uk

Easy easy get into a speciality training

Work there a few years after your CCT

Come back to SG as con.

Everything easy, study life not stressful, speciality training life also easy

What changed?
Too much stuff to memorize?
Medical exams are pretty stupid now that I think about it. Especially these non procedural ones.
Is just memory.
Maybe the diagnostic questions got to think a bit.
But when it comes to what will you do next? Ix? Rx?
Is all memory. Is a checklist.
Waste time memorizing.
We all know after several years will forget.
Refer once in a while. Especially those not common one.
Even examiner also cannot remember by heart.
