How is life as a doctor in Singapore?

I do 2 shifts per month, i get 1 K that covers my daily expenses and transport. For a junior, it works out for me. When I feel free enough i do 3-4 shifts when im on leave

Ofc In addition to my actual income as a full time doctor , my whole income is saved and invested i dont touch a cent as locum covers the rest CPF covers mortage , i can FIRE at age 40

Best part is you can save full salary to invest

Jaded better gdfm then private gp
FM residency v siong.
Keep changing rotations. This month helping tkr next month delivering baby
Many assessment running parallel.
Go polyclinic need to learn outpatient CDM managment
exit and prep exam time can go crazy

Find it funny pple think FM residency is easy.
Really easy residency is ent , urology. Ward round is short
Clinic easy..very narrow focus of problems.
Surgery also not complex ( ok maybe neck surgery tough )

Just difficult to enter nia.
U jaded do FM sure cannot tank till the end.
