Yup. Actual setting up and Reno is about 300k.
But first one year will lose money so the remaining 200k to burn thru first year.
Year 2 onwards you shld have positive net cashflow

May I know what's the pay of RP, senior RP and principal RP and what are the benefits compared to specialising? Thank you so much for the great help. I'm deciding whether to go for the RP route vs specialising. I didnt get into the residency programme I really wanted. Any advise will be much appreciated.

I’ve heard it’s a 20% increase for nurses and allied health
15% increase for HO/MO/Reg
10% increase for AC and above
Anyone care to verify?

It's just 5-20% nursing and other healthcare workers, likely does not include doctors as their pay already high enough
