Seems like there is not much discussion about the industry here
4 years exp as AM, $6K/mo.
Is this about the industry standard?

Depends. For small firms its about there, but if you are talking about the marketing big 3 then they prob pay 25-30% higher.

15% means 1.8 months performance bonus? that is very low more like manufacturing levels.
