Got a b4 TC but due to some personal matters I think I might do very badly this semester... Does anyone know if the b4 can withdraw my offer due to poor grades?

Have never heard about this before.. I know in the TC there's usually a line about satisfactory academic performance but I've never heard of this being actually enforced. Anyway how bad can it be? I dont see this being an issue unless you fail subjects..

No they won't, they won't even ask you for your new transcripts when you join. As long as you don't fail and have to retain one more year, just shut up, don't say anything about your grades to the firm, and live your life normally.

The whole point of providing TC in advance is for the firms to "book" your availability. It would reflect really poorly on them to withdraw the offer (and who would sign with a firm that willy-nilly withdraws offers?), so it's never done unless you're involved in academic dishonesty or criminal activity.

At least one of the B4 (the one I trained at) asks you to submit your final transcript to them when you start your TC. Though that's probably just to ascertain that u graduated rather than to check your GPA.

Always hear alot of Big 4 talk, graduating next year but have not scored a TC. Any information discussing the culture, pay, and working hours of small/mid size firms?

Won't withdraw. But would affect retainment.

B4 is not the best place to go if you want a work-life balance. But this is not to say you wouldn't be worked as hard in small / mid. However there are definitely small / mid that are a lot more chill and still pay you substantially.

Depends on what you want.
