Standardised salary scale based on PQE. You only start getting a different salary at partner level or higher (based on billables) and even that depends on whether you are a salaried partner or an actual partner.

Bro, all of us do. But we just don’t say it out especially to female lawyers.

“ When it comes to women, Yeo said he likes “pretty women” but finds relationships “tiring.” “

I second this. My batchmates who did their training at smaller firms had their pay between $800-$1.2k.

Actually if B4 starting pay for NQs is 6k frontloaded (4.8k per month with 3 month bonus) then that isn't too far off from the average small/mid-sized firm that pays 4.5k (non-frontloaded)?

Anecdotal evidence vs anecdotal evidence...I say my "friend" got paid $4.8kpm for his TC, not like any of you all can refute anyway.
Don't know enough to deny lah. Some people suay or desperate enough to do unpaid, so be it. Not like NQ assoc that time will ask you how much you got paid for TC lol

Anything more than a month's salary for a bonus is very rare in private sector (except for specific roles). So the small/mid firm won't be paying much on top of the 4/5k monthly.
Furthermore, at least for my big 4 the frontload is not the entire bonus. Another annual bonus is paid on top of that.
