out of curiosity: if youre a NQ and you get 5.6, then come 1 Jan 2021, you'll be a 1PQE. Will you get a pay increase on 1 Jan 2021 and yearly increments every 1 Jan thereafter?

JLCs are paid very well
and it's possible to join an intl firm to do corp after the JLC stint
