Thanks!
Regarding point 1.

Speaking as somebody who's been through the whole process couple years back, nobody gives a damn about what you take during Part B, so my advice is either take the easiest combi or the one you're most interested in.

The tried and tested combi is Mediation & ACP. Mediation because you just need to do some mock roleplay to pass, and ACP because they literally tell you what the questions are before the exams. You can thank me later.

Part B is really only of relevance if you FAIL. And its pretty difficult to fail unless you're as dense as a rock. Sadly...an alarming number of law graduates nowadays are failing...

Regarding point 2. My answer is still the same. Nobody gives a damn what you take in Part B.

I daresay your level of physical attractiveness will be a bigger factor in you getting hired than what lame elective module you took in Part B.

I just completed part b last year. Fully agreed on this : The tried and tested combi is Mediation & ACP.

I didn't take ACP and mediation but I heard from my peers it is the way to go. I chose mediation but ended up with admiralty instead...

Hi seniors, since we are on the topic of part b, which is easier: cross border transactions or probate?

Thanks.
