Anyone has / heard of working life with Maybank Kim Eng ? Non-dealer

is the culture like GLC kind ?

whats the average increment and bonus ?

i've got a friend working in there.. basic is low.. bonus is normal.. increment is meh... overall, not too bad for those who are not overly ambitious

super slow pace & bureaucratic. other than below average pay & bonus culture itself not bad.

Start off in a bank rather than brokerage. Career prospects and pay are better.

Ya, started off with a basic of $2500, promise of commission.

I'd advise not to come, not really good though and comm pay out is not confirmed and dependent on your boss.

I also went for interview recently... was verbally informed of the offer(with details) yet it has been 3 weeks since they last told me to wait for arrangement to sign offer letter... is this normal ?
