nope, wanted to join it with a uni degree though. But i wasnt really sure. Just gotten new job. also public facing role. See how this current job goes for few months first. I keep quit for few jobs liao. So if quit this one , resume will continue to look bad

I feel you too. This also happened to me when I was younger.
Some is so terrible that you doesn't want to come to work.
If you already secured a job, can slowly find the one you like.
Those few month...I omit out from my resume.

Anyone working in smrt know about bonus.
Is it end December only Aws and variable bonus?
Mid year got variable bonus? Do they have performance bonus

I assume non executive level also have
