damn... really? sigh i was pretty optimistic... i did ask HR right after the interview when they'll get back to us, and they said up to a month... from the responses here it may seem that no one else has progressed since the interview too...

i just received the call for offer today. but i’m not sure if i should accept it... because the other MA position i applied to only starts their interview next year. does anyone who have done this programme have any advice?

The analytics team is rather messy, disorganized and satifsaction levels are dismay. The bagips get rotated around different teams within the Ba to get a feel of the job scope and occasionally get to work on mini projects which are no more than experiments or changes that the usual team has no manpower to carry out.
Overall work levels are high, jobs are mundane and turnover rates are high. Ur better off in the fast track MAP program which trains you to hold management positions in rhe firm

Anyone know what is the progression of business Analysts under bagip? Like roughly how Long it takes to prompt from associate to the next level and what are the senior positions after business analysts?
