Then I would say he's (way) overpaid

That's good enough pay. Not enough is cause u don't save and invest right from the moment u start work but splurge on unnecessary luxury that u can't afford

Are you a lady? You may have doubts about yourself, but i can tell you that you are very very blessed (im sure it wasn't purely luck) to get the junior PM role as there are 100 over analysts out there who are willing to take your job for a lower pay.

Continue to invest in yourself through learning and studying and you will become better with time. And the money will follow naturally.

i have a total of 16 years experience and am a degree holder. i started working quite young after i got a cert in business admin. however, in the early stages of my career, i felt that i couldnt really advance towards a better paying job due to my qualifications even though by then i already had a few years of experience under my belt so i saved up and obtained my degree when i hit 25
