Oh I see... I only got to do the first and third test.
Did you take these tests in order? Meaning Pymetrics was first and PLI last?

No point applying for a programme that does not value you.
Any initial differential in salaries will be equalized at the end of the programme. Bonuses and increments are based on “market data”; no differentiation between masters and non-masters. In fact masters warrants you a LOWER total compensation both in absolute and % terms.
HR in DBS does not value you and transparency is not there. Don’t be sold by the initial starting pay.

So this program is good for those without masters? Asking because I don’t have one. Currently finished PLI also

A MIM/MBA would be very similar to a BBA Honours program, or are you all holding a technical masters like MSC engineering/ MSC computing?
Honestly, this is my dream job, hoping to get in. Local uni honours deg.

The masters grads in the MA programme all graduated with an Honours degree. The master degree is another degree above a Bachelor honours degree. That's why the higher starting pay which is fair.
