1. property valuation
2. property management
3. real estate marketing for upcoming developer projects

of course, you can choose to become an agent without taking the CEA exam.

a good course to enter should you fail to enter the big 3 business courses.

Most people enter RE consultancy firms upon graduation (JLL, KF etc.) to build strong foundation before moving on to pursue more lucrative careers in developer firms or REITs (think Capitaland, think 8 month bonuses). But not many can actually make the cut though.

Other career options include fund management, financial analysts, researchers and analysts, consultants, biz development and international sales.

Hey for property valuation is it true that you must take an extra certification upon graduation? What do you mean by property management, since management is a pretty broad term? Marketing as in general marketing like why should the people in charge take you to become to developer uh? Thanks for the help! (:

there are no such thing as 8 month bonuses for Capitaland staff anymore..unless you are super A* type performer, the typical now has just reduced to between 3-4 months if you're average performer.
