Success in Real Estate
Hi,
I am interested to start a career in real estate.
Any advice, though I should have started back in 2008 but I still think there is potential for growth if I want to do this in the long term.
Anyone care to share about the details of the industry -
1) Commissions for rental, sales (for both private and HDB)
2) Heard there is some companies out there offering a base salary and min. commission, anyone knows
3) Good agencies & bad agencies to look out for
4) Other things to look out for etc
Thanks!

Want to be property agent just say so. Don't need talk cock sing song until so long.
As long as you have the looks and ability/balls to sell koyok and the talent to sell ice to an eskimo you'll do well.
A career as a property analyst and real estate management on the other hand is obviously a different thing altogether. I'm talking about analysts working for consultancy firms like Colliers International and DTZ, CB Richard Ellis.
