choosing offer. need advice
Hi all,
Currently I am selected for 2 job offer,
1) Hong Leong - compliance asst mgr
2) JPMorgan - kyc analyst
I'm torn between both as one is a top bank in US and the other seem to have much more for me to learn and progress.
Need advice on what is the career path for jp, will it be easy to rise up the ranks and gain progression fast?
I have not been working in a compliance dept before, nor have I worked in kyc position.
Assuming both has the same pay, which will give me a better future in 10 years?
My career objective is basically to aim for higher pay.
Thanks to all.

Well, what is the job scope? Well, there are certain areas in compliance that are obviously more in demand than the others.

I have been told it's to ensure regulation and policy of portfolio.
Training to staff and adhoc duties included.
JD was only told during interview.

How will the salary package be? Much better than local/Asian company?
Mind sharing the benefits if you are working there?
Thanks

I don't think it's so high though, but thanks anyway. Range provided was 4-6k, for different level of positions up to avp. But nothing is confirmed to me for salary till date.
Anyone working in jp as analyst can provide info?
