Choosing between two IT jobs
Job A: - Lower Pay ($4,500)
- 2 Hours Travelling Time (One way)
- Perm Position
Job B: - Higher Pay ($4,800)
- 30 minutes travelling time (One way)
- 1 Year Contract (option for renewal uncertain)
Which one is better?

Option B!
Take option b, less travelling time hence don't tire as much. A difference is $300 is negligible as sleeping time is priceless https://forums.salary.sg/images/icons/icon7.gif Also job security does not exist, hence it doesn't matter if you are perm or contract staff. When economy is down and company needs to downsize, either type can get cut.
