Maybe he post to bluff people so they will 死心 and accept other job offer so when IPOS ran out of ppl who accept their offer, they will contact him?

I do not think he or she is lying. Called up HR and they confirmed the offers are and will be made in batches. I do not know how many have been offered and do not think they will divulge this information as well. If we do not get offer by mid June, can really move move on. The wait is frustrating because I have another job offer and I can't wait too long for this one to materialize. Please be a kind soul and post here if you have any update. Thanks a lot! Good luck!

Any news? Did the person who did psychometric get a date for 1st interview already?

So I did my psychometric and written tests way back at the end of april and had my first interview. I heard back about 3-4 weeks later for the final interview, which took place last week. I was told during the final interview that the latest we can expect to hear from them is mid june (that's next week). All the best to all candidates

not mentioned, and I didn't ask. I'm sure I would get some criticism for this but personally, I applied for this job out of sheer passion and the salary was not a deciding factor for me. During the info session, if you were there, someone asked about salary scale and the director said that it was "enough". That answer was enough for me to be quite honest.

I think if your main motivation is the salary then I doubt that it would help your case at all. The final interview I felt was a way for the panel to see your personality as they are looking for someone who is passionate about the job and has strong interpersonal skills. I felt mine went fine.

Agreed. I also got the feeling that they have a very harmonious work environment so the type of person hired is important.
