Now is the covid-19 period. Received a call from HR and she asked general questions... Said will get back to me the next week whether I'm shortlisted or not... Still no news aft 1.5 weeks. Application status on their job portal states: application under review. Anyone knows how long the process take from the first initial touch point? And does the hiring manager take a longer time for the 2nd interview or it just means I'm not shortlisted?? Thank you!

Word of caution - I'd say stay away from MBS if you are a newbie. It's not a good place to start, better for more experienced players.

Politics and office culture there is terrible, upper management full of snakes who like to collaborate against employees and throw them under the bus. Working culture is very toxic too.

How do I know? my sister has worked at MBS for ~2 years.

However, if you're very $$ driven (they are generous w bonuses and remuneration) and dont mind politics/toxicity, then go ahead and try anyway.

MBS is currently under investigation for a lot of stuff.
Should be wary of joining if you're going into certain corporate positions that may get you involved in these investigations.

You don't want to be left carrying the fallout.
