Word of caution - I'd say stay away from MBS if you are a newbie. It's not a good place to start, better for more experienced players.

Politics and office culture there is terrible, upper management full of snakes who like to collaborate against employees and throw them under the bus. Working culture is very toxic too.

How do I know? my sister has worked at MBS for ~2 years.

However, if you're very $$ driven (they are generous w bonuses and remuneration) and dont mind politics/toxicity, then go ahead and try anyway.
