Telephone interview!? Is it a very junior ops position?

nope..it is for a degree analyst position .

It was mentioned that the first round tele interview will last 30-45mins.

Subsequent rounds will definitely be face-to-face...

Wow they must really be busy hiring like mad due to high turnover, last time only those very low level ops positon they do phone interview, now even executive job also like that.

Anyway the job sound like entry level anyway, probably they are too busy to arrange interview and trying to cut corners by asking HR to do a first round talk c0ck sing song screening. As long as you speak decently shoudn't be a prob.

Yea very bad turnover there, I think by right the hiring mgr not suppose to do that, but sometimes because busy or lack of control ppl bochup and take shortcut.

Are u working there?

1) Whats the reason of the high turnover?

2) What should my expected salary be for an entry-level role with 1 yr exp?

3) How many rounds of interview are there?

Left a few months ago. High volume, long lours and so so pay and benefits, typical reasons ppl leave.

The place is messy and no consistency in hiring at all and many people are doing by left things under the table, different department seem to do things differently, so you better ask the interviewer yourself.
