Updated. Status changes to in process. I think they started processing le. Hopefully there is call for interview

Totally no.. it just mean they are processing all applications.. only those selected will be shortlisted and invited for interview.. the rest they totally ignore, when time comes status will change to unsuccesful and email send.. thats it..
